W\u00e4hrenddessen das Gem\u00fcse vorbereiten: Die Zwiebel fein w\u00fcrfeln und den Knoblauch in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden. Die Brokkoli R\u00f6schen in gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke teilen. Den Strunk sch\u00e4len und alle verh\u00e4rteten Stellen entfernen. Dann den Strunk in kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und darin die Zwiebel glasig anbraten. Die Sardellenfilets hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einem Kochl\u00f6ffel leicht zerdr\u00fccken, bis sie zerfallen und mit den Zwiebeln verschmelzen. Sobald das Wasser kocht, den Brokkoli ca. 3-4 Minuten bissfest kochen. Kurz bevor der Brokkoli fertig ist, den Knoblauch und gegebenenfalls Chili kurz in der Pfanne mit den Zwiebeln mitbraten, aber nicht braun werden lassen, sonst wird er bitter. Den Brokkoli mit dem Schauml\u00f6ffel abseihen und in die Pfanne zu den Zwiebeln geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 3<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Wasser wieder aufkochen lassen und die Nudeln je nach Packungsanleitung bzw. handgemachte Cavatelli ca. 2 - 3 Minuten bissfest kochen. Die Pasta mit dem Schauml\u00f6ffel abseihen und in die Pfanne geben. Einen Schuss vom Nudelwasser, die Butter und den Parmesan hinzuf\u00fcgen und schmelzen lassen. Zum Schluss den frischen Zitronensaft hineinpressen und die Nudeln in der Pfanne schwenken,  bis sie gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit der Sauce \u00fcberzogen sind. Je nach Bedarf kann man zus\u00e4tzlich noch etwas Nudelwasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Sauce gegebenenfalls noch etwas aufzulockern.
