In einer Pfanne das Oliven\u00f6l bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die Zwiebel und das Tomatenmark etwa 5 Minuten anschwitzen. In der Zwischenzeit die H\u00e4ute der Salsiccia entfernen und das Br\u00e4t in kleine St\u00fccke zerteilen. Die Salsiccia in der Pfanne mit den Zwiebeln anbraten und ca. 10 Minuten d\u00fcnsten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und den Safran sowie die Passata hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und die Sauce ca. 30 Minuten bei niedriger Hitze leicht k\u00f6cheln lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 3<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Etwa 10 Minuten bevor die Sauce fertig ist, Wasser in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen und reichlich salzen. In einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel den fein geriebenen K\u00e4se mit ein paar Essl\u00f6ffeln des Kochwassers mischen, bis eine cremige Paste entsteht. Den K\u00e4se in das Rag\u00f9 einr\u00fchren. Die Nudeln nach Packungsanweisung oder hausgemachte Malloreddus etwa 2-3 Minuten kochen, bis sie al dente sind. Die Nudeln mit einer Schaumkelle abseihen und direkt in die Sauce geben. Die Pasta in der Pfanne schwenken, bis alles gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Sauce \u00fcberzogen ist.
