class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 1<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Ofen auf 220 \u00b0C vorheizen. Die Zwiebel und Karotten sch\u00e4len. Zwiebel, Stangensellerie und Karotten fein w\u00fcrfeln. Die Auberginen waschen und trocken tupfen. Mit einer Gabel mehrere L\u00f6cher in die Auberginen stechen und auf ein Backblech legen. Im Ofen ca. 45 \u2013 50 Minuten r\u00f6sten und nach der H\u00e4lfte der Garzeit wenden. Die Auberginen sind fertig, wenn sie zusammengefallen aussehen und die Schale schwarz und verkohlt ist. Das Blech aus dem Ofen nehmen und die Auberginen etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. Dann der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und das Fruchtfleisch von den Schalen l\u00f6sen und zur Seite stellen. Die Schalen entsorgen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erw\u00e4rmen und Zwiebel, Sellerie, Karotten und Tomatenmark etwa 10 \u2013 15 Minuten weich d\u00fcnsten. Dann den Knoblauch hinzuf\u00fcgen und 1-2 Minuten anschwitzen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Pfanne mit dem Rotwein abl\u00f6schen und zur H\u00e4lfte einkochen lassen. Die Kirschtomaten aus der Dose und das Fruchtfleisch der Auberginen dazugeben.
