has-text-color\">Schritt 1<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Das Grundrezept f\u00fcr<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/notjustfood.blog\/de\/italian-pasta-dough-recipe\/\">frischen Pastateig zubereiten:<\/a><br>Das Mehl auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che kippen und eine Mulde darin formen. Die Eier in die Mulde schlagen und mit einer Gabel das Mehl und die Eier in der Mitte vermischen. Nach und nach mehr Mehl von den R\u00e4ndern hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis eine dickfl\u00fcssige Masse entsteht. Dann mit einer Teigkarte das restliche Mehl in die Masse einarbeiten und alles zu einem groben Teig vermengen. Den Teig 10 Minuten lang kneten, bis er glatt und elastisch ist. In Frischhaltefolie einwickeln und mindestens 30 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur ruhen lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>W\u00e4hrend der Pastateig ruht, die Spargel-Ricotta-F\u00fcllung zubereiten:&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Den Spargel waschen und die holzigen Enden entfernen. Die Spargelspitzen (das obere Drittel) abschneiden und f\u00fcr sp\u00e4ter zur Seite legen. Die \u00fcbrigen Spargelstangen und den Knoblauch klein hacken. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erw\u00e4rmen und den gehackten Spargel mit dem Knoblauch anschwitzen.
