Pici kommen urspr\u00fcnglich aus der Toskana und sind lange, hand-gerollte Nudeln \u00e4hnlich wie Spaghetti, \nnur etwas dicker und rustikaler. Damit die Nudeln nicht zusammenkleben.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Schritt-f\u00fcr-Schritt Anleitung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 1<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Den Teig zubereiten:<\/strong>&nbsp;Das Mehl auf die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che h\u00e4ufen und in der Mitte eine Mulde formen. Das warme Wasser und das \u00d6l in die Mulde gie\u00dfen. Mit einer Gabel vorsichtig das Mehl und Wasser in der Mulde vermischen und nach und nach mehr Mehl von den R\u00e4ndern einarbeiten, bis ein dickfl\u00fcssiger Teig in der Mitte entsteht. Anschlie\u00dfend mit einer Teigkarte das restliche Mehl untermischen. Den Teig etwa 10 Minuten lang kneten, bis er sich glatt und geschmeidig anf\u00fchlt. In Frischhaltefolie einwickeln und bei Raumtemperatur f\u00fcr mindestens 30 Minuten ruhen lassen (je l\u00e4nger, desto besser).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Die Pici Pasta formen:&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Hinweis:<\/strong>&nbsp;Man sollte f\u00fcr diesen Schritt die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che keinesfalls bemehlen und etwaige Mehlreste vorher entfernen. Der Teig braucht genug Halt beim Ausrollen, sonst rutscht er nur hin und her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca. Ein Viertel des Teiges abschneiden und den Rest in Folie eingewickelt lassen. Dein Teig mit einem Nudelholz zu einer d\u00fcnnen Teigplatte ausrollen und in Streifen (ca. 1\/2 cm) schneiden. Anschlie\u00dfend die Teigstreifen zu d\u00fcnnen, Spaghetti-\u00e4hnlichen Str\u00e4ngen ausrollen. Am besten beginnt man mit beiden H\u00e4nden in der Mitte zu rollen und arbeitet sich dann nach au\u00dfen vor. Falls der Teig w\u00e4hrenddessen anf\u00e4ngt auszutrocknen oder dazu neigt br\u00fcchig zu werden, kann man ihn mit einer d\u00fcnnen Schicht Oliven\u00f6l bestreichen. Man kann sie mit Mehl best\u00e4uben und zu kleinen Nestern formen oder flach nebeneinander legen.&nbsp;<br>Den Vorgang mit dem restlichen Teig wiederholen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 4<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser in einem gro\u00dfen Topf zum Kochen bringen und salzen. Die frischen Pici f\u00fcr etwa 2 - 3 Minuten kochen. Frische Pasta kocht um einiges schneller als getrocknete Pasta.
