Arbeitsfl\u00e4che kippen und darin eine Mulde formen, die das Wasser aufnehmen kann. Dann vorsichtig das Wasser in die Mulde gie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit einer Gabel vorsichtig das Mehl und das Wasser in der Mitte der Mulde vermischen und  nach und nach mehr Mehl von den R\u00e4ndern hinzuf\u00fcgen, bis in der Mitte eine dickfl\u00fcssige Masse entsteht. has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 3<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Teig mindestens 10 Minuten lang kneten, bis er elastisch wird. Dazu den Teig in der H\u00e4lfte falten und die obere H\u00e4lfte mit dem Handballen von sich wegdr\u00fccken. Dann den Teig um 90 Grad drehen, mit den Fingern wieder einen Teil des Teiges aufnehmen, falten, mit dem Ballen wegdr\u00fccken und wiederholen. Das Kneten gleicht einer wellenartigen Bewegung. Man findet dabei schnell seinen eigenen Rhythmus. Nach 10 Minuten sollte sich der Teig glatt und geschmeidig anf\u00fchlen und weder klebrig noch kr\u00fcmelig sein. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie einwickeln und mindestens 30 Minuten bei Zimmertemperatur ruhen lassen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<style>.wp-block-kadence-advancedgallery
