W\u00e4hrend die Gnocchi kochen, die Pfanne mit der Sahne-Sauce wieder auf die Kochplatte bei mittlerer Hitze stellen. Sobald die Gnocchi an die Oberfl\u00e4che steigen, sofort mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel abseihen und in die Pfanne zur Sauce geben. Die Pfanne schwenken, bis die Gnocchi gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit der Sauce \u00fcberzogen sind. Optional kann man die Sauce noch mit etwas frischem Zitronensaft verfeinern.
