W\u00e4hrenddessen das Pesto in einer Pfanne niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze langsam und schonend erw\u00e4rmen, ohne es zum Kochen zu bringen. Das Pesto dabei gelegentlich umr\u00fchren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobald das Wasser kocht, reichlich salzen und die Pasta nach Packungsanweisung oder frische Pasta etwa 2 Minuten kochen. Die Pasta mit einer Schaumkelle abseihen, sobald sie \u201eal dente\u201c ist und direkt in die Pfanne mit dem Pesto geben. Einen Schuss Nudelwasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, um das Pesto aufzulockern und cremig zu machen. Schwenken und r\u00fchren, bis die Pasta gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig mit Pesto \u00fcberzogen ist.
