Wenn\u2019s schneller gehen muss, kann man sie in einem kalten Wasserbad auftauen lassen. Daf\u00fcr ca. 2-3 Essl\u00f6ffel Salz in einer gro\u00dfen Sch\u00fcssel mit kaltem Wasser aufl\u00f6sen und die Muscheln darin etwa 20 \u2013 30 Minuten einweichen. Das hilft, Sand und etwaige Verunreinigungen zu l\u00f6sen. Die Muscheln anschlie\u00dfend in einem Sieb gr\u00fcndlich unter kaltem flie\u00dfendem Wasser durchsp\u00fclen und zur Seite stellen.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-theme-palette-2-color has-text-color\">Schritt 2<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Wasser in einem gro\u00dfen Topf zum Kochen bringen. In der Zwischenzeit die Sauce zubereiten. Das Oliven\u00f6l in einer gro\u00dfen, tiefen Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze erw\u00e4rmen. Den gehackten Knoblauch und die Chiliflocken hinzuf\u00fcgen und etwa eine Minute lang anbraten. Dabei darauf achten, dass der Knoblauch nicht braun wird, sonst kann er bitter werde. Die Muscheln etwa 5 bis 8 Minuten d\u00e4mpfen, bis sich die Schalen vollst\u00e4ndig \u00f6ffnen. Man kann w\u00e4hrenddessen die Pfanne gelegentlich leicht sch\u00fctteln, damit sie sich leichter \u00f6ffnen. Alle Muscheln, die sich nicht \u00f6ffnen, sind nicht zum Verzehr geeignet und m\u00fcssen entsorgt werden. Die Hitze auf eine niedrige Stufe reduzieren und die Sauce mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Sobald die Nudeln \u201eal dente\u201c sind, mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel oder einer K\u00fcchenzange abgie\u00dfen und direkt in die Pfanne mit den Muscheln geben. Die Nudeln unterheben, bis sie vollst\u00e4ndig mit der Wei\u00dfweinsauce \u00fcberzogen sind und die Muscheln gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt sind. Je nach Bedarf kann man noch einen Schuss Nudelwasser hinzuf\u00fcgen, um die Sauce aufzulockern.
