Creamy Gnocchi with Walnuts and Sage

A delicious combination of creamy gnocchi, crunchy walnuts, and aromatic sage. Using only a few simple ingredients, this recipe is quick and easy to make.

What you'll need 

- Ricotta gnocchi  - Butter - Sage leaves  - Walnuts  - Heavy cream  - Parmesan cheese - Black pepper  - Juice of a lemon

Step 1 

Melt the butter until slightly browned. Fry the sage leaves and walnuts until they turn crispy. Then, remove them from the pan and set aside. 

Step 2

Add the heavy cream to the pan and bring it to a simmer. Sprinkle the parmesan over the cream. Take the pan off the heat and let the cheese melt. 

Step 3

Once the gnocchi are cooked, add them to the pan and toss with the sauce over medium heat. Add the crispy sage and walnuts. 

Step 4

Serve immediately with grated parmesan and freshly cracked black pepper. Enjoy!
