Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. The juicy cherry tomatoes add extra flavor and moisture. Focaccia bread is delicious on it's own and great for making sandwiches or to accompany soups, stews and salads.
- Sourdough starter - Flour - Water - Salt - Olive oil - Cherry tomatoes - Fresh rosemary
Focaccia tastes best freshly baked and slightly warm. To keep it fresh, store it in an airtight container at room temperature. To revive crispiness, re-heat it in the oven at 180° C for 5 - 10 min. This will make it taste like freshly baked again.
