Frische Pasta mit Bärlauchpesto 

This wild garlic pesto pasta combines homemade, silky pasta ribbons with the bold aromatic flavor of wild garlic. It’s a simple yet exquisite twist on classic basil pesto. 

What you'll need

- Garlic  - Wild garlic - Pine nuts  - Olive oil  - Finely grated parmesan cheese - Eggs and flour to make fresh pasta dough or use any dried pasta of your choice. 


In a mortar and pestle, grind the garlic and wild garlic until roughly chopped. Add the pine nuts and continue grinding in a circular motion until it comes together into a thick paste. Gradually stir in the parmesan cheese until well combined. Lastly, pour in the olive oil and stir until smooth and creamy.
