Learn how to roll out fresh pasta dough into thin and silky pasta sheets! Fresh pasta sheets are the starting point for many different types of homemade pasta.
Let’s get started!
- One batch of homemade pasta dough - Pasta machine or KitchenAid pasta roller attachment.
Use a quarter of the dough and flatten it out to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Pass the dough through the widest setting of your machine. Fold it in half and repeat this step until the dough sheet has the same width as your machine.
Pass the dough through each consecutive setting until you have a thin pasta sheet.
